Cucumber and gin

Last week I tried something new, Monin’s new Cucumber syrup. Its pretty good, a not too sweet syrup.

My first first thought was “hmm, Cucumber and cocktails??!” – But why not.. I tried out this nice Gin & Tonic with Hendrick’s Gin (since it’s made on cucumber among others):

4 cl Hendrick’s Gin

1 cl Monin Cucumber syrup

10 cl Tonic water

Lots of ice

.. this is some good stuff!
