Champagne Pick Me Up

A great champagne drink with cognac. Use it as a apertif or just a nice cocktail at your next party.

Champagne Pick me Up
7,5 cl Champagne
2 cl Cognac
3 cl Orange juice
1 cl Grenadine (can be left out, if you dont want the red color)

Shake cognac, orange juice and syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne Flute and top with champagne. If you don’t add syrup, I would perfer a Champagne Demi Sec.
