Desperatos is a beer flavored with tequila – at least it says so on the bottle. But as a bartender, serving a beer isn’t that funny, so why not make a nice cocktail out of it?
Try is at home:
Inspiratos
10 cl Desperatos beer
1 cl Monin peach syrup
½ lime
½ passionsfruit
Mash passionfruit, lime and syrup in the serving glass. Then add a lot of crushed ice and beer. Its a nice fresh drink, with a fine beer taste and note, but also sweetness and exsotic fruit.
