Kahlua makes a Mocca
Kahlua just annonced a new version of the old famous Kahlua liquer – the Kahlua Mocca.
Kahlua Mocha is made with 100% Arabica coffee, natural vanilla and dark chocolate, and is designed to be drunk over ice, in contemporary cocktails or as a twist on classic Kahlua drinks, the company said.
“The rich, exotic flavour of dark chocolate is the perfect complement to Kahlua,” said Cyril Claquin, senior vice president of marketing at Malibu-Kahlua International. “Mocha consistently ranks as a favourite among both our consumers and coffee drinkers, so we are confident that they will enjoy the pairing of Mocha with the unique flavour of Kahlua.”
Here you can find some example for some nice recipes:
Mocha Bulldog:
- 1 part Kahlua Mocha
- 1 part Stoli Vodka
- 1 part cola
- Combine ingredients and serve over ice.
Iced Mochaccino:
- 3 parts Kahlua Mocha
- 2 parts chilled espresso
- Combine ingredients and serve over ice.
Mochatini:
- 1 1/2 parts Kahlua Mocha
- 1 1/2 parts Stoli Vodka Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake. Strain
into a chilled martini glass.
Kahlua is pretty nice. I can’t wait to taste the Mocca.
