Copenhagen spirits and cocktails
The danes are attending to repeat last years succes with their scandinavian spirit exhibition “Copenhagen spirits and cocktails”.
Again this year the fair will be held at Moltkes Palæ in copenhagen in the weekend of february 26th and 27th. In addition to seminars and lectures, the festival is also an abundance of stalls where you can indulge yourself with news and classics from the industry’s leading spiritsproducers. And then you can look for special cocktail events to be held at restaurants and cocktail bars throughout the city.
‘Copenhagen Spirits and Cocktails’ are for both the professional bartenders behind the bar and the happy enjoying drinker infront. In Moltke’s Palace, you can experience some of the world’s top bartenders share their expertise with shakers, spirits and mixers – and give a taste of their extraordinary profession.
Doing the exhibition the danish bartender association (Dansk Bartender Laug) will hold their annual Bartender competition. Here you will find some of scandinavias best bartenders competing against each other to become the Danish champion of bartending. The competition will be held in different categories, such as:
- Best Cocktail
- Best Cocktail in Junior division
- Best Flairing
- Best Garnish
